Once you sign up for the service we can manage your repeat prescriptions for you!!!
- A Prescription Collection Service a convenient way to organise your repeat prescriptions. You order your repeat prescription from your surgery. Cowplain Pharmacy will collect the prescription from surgery, and your medicines will be waiting at Cowplain Pharmacy for you to pick up.
- A Repeat Prescription Service a complete service including timely ordering (on your request), collection from the surgery & preparing your prescription in the pharmacy .Your medicines will be waiting at Cowplain Pharmacy for you to pick up.
So how does it work?
Step 1: We will look after your repeat slip.Once you’ve filled in the “Prescription Service-Consent and Registration Form”, we’ll be able to hold on to your repeat prescription slip, giving us all the information we need to order and collect your repeat prescription from your doctor.
Step 2: We will contact your GP for you.Relax!! There will be no need for you to visit your doctor’s surgery each time your prescription is due. We will contact your surgery each time when your prescription is due and collect the prescriptions on your behalf. If there are any problems with your prescription, or if your doctor needs to see you, we will let you know before your medicines run out.
Step 3: We will ensure that your medicines are ready when you need them. Just choose a time that’s most convenient for you and your prescription will be ready to collect from Cowplain Pharmacy.
Step 4: We will ensure the medicines are delivered to you. If you would like we can even deliver your medicines to you free of charge as part of our service.
If you would like to use this service please download and complete theattached Prescription Service-Consent and Registration Form and hand it in to a member of our staff at Cowplain pharmacy. You can also get a copy of this form from our Pharmacy.
